Henry has a setback
Well, Henry has been called the poster boy for the Wisconsin Protocol. He has responded beautifully to the chemo, and no one would ever have guessed he was sick. Until a couple of weeks ago. His front leg had been swelling, then going back to normal, then swelling, but every aspiration showed normal. However, I forced the issue to get a biopsy done only to find out he has a sarcoma wrapped around his wrist joint. It has blown up like a baseball in the past week. So now we have a huge decision to make. Do we amputate and make him miserable while the other cancer (lymphoma) kills him eventually? Do we let the sarcoma go and maybe have to say good-bye to him within a couple of months? What do we do?
I asked Henry to tell me what he wants to do, but he only winks. Winks. Now what does that mean? While I ponder that wink, if you have any comments to help me out, I would appreciate it.
